Joana Piriquito Santos takes part in an event in Basel organised by the ‘Pharmaceutical Industry: Portuguese in Switzerland’ group
On 20 November, the group ‘Pharmaceutical Industry: Portuguese in Switzerland’ will be promoting an event whose main objective is to make people aware of the tools and methods that should be used in the career transition process when you are in a senior position, especially in the health sector.
The initiative, which will take place at the Novartis Campus, in Basel, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical industry hubs , will feature the participation of Joana Piriquito Santos, Pharmacist, Lawyer and Founding Partner of NLP. In the panel dedicated to ‘Career Changes’, Joana will analyse how executives nowadays reflect on and challenge themselves to make these kinds of strategic decisions.
The ‘Pharmaceutical Industry: Portuguese in Switzerland’ group was born organically, with the aim of leveraging the Portuguese pharmaceutical cluster by sharing knowledge, innovation and creativity between Portuguese who have decided to emigrate and those who are still in Portugal. It is currently made up of around two and a half hundred professionals.
