Joana Piriquito Santos, Partner at NLP, participates tomorrow, October 9th, in the 28th meeting of the Working Group on Guidelines of the Standing Advisory Committee before the European Patent Office (SACEPO), as a representative of UNION-IP of which she is a member and Vice President of the Patents Commission.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the 2025 draft of the European Patent Office's Examination Guidelines (EPC/PCT Guidelines) and the Unitary Patent Guidelines.
