The case was drafted by the Superior Council of the Judiciary.
The Southern Regional Round, where Joana and Filipe will join other professionals, academics, Judges of the Lisbon Court of Appeal, and the President of the Intellectual Property and Competition, Regulation, and Supervision Section of the Lisbon Court of Appeal, will take place on March 7 at the Lisbon Court of Appeal. The winning team will advance to the Final Round, scheduled for April 28 at the Supreme Court of Justice.
Beyond academic and professional recognition, the winning team will have the opportunity to undertake a short-term internship at the Judicial Courts of the Portuguese Districts. The second-place team will be awarded a postgraduate program from the Private Law Research Center.
