Beatriz Lima, Sara Nazaré and Joana Piriquito Santos speak with Iberian Lawyer about NLP, its foundation, challenges and objectives for the future

In this interview NLP' Partner Beatriz Lima emphasises the importance of this project as a reference for younger lawyers and its contribution with values such as inclusion and diversity as something they can be proud of today and for the future.

Regarding NLP area of specialisation, Intellectual Property, Joana Piriquito Santos mentions that IP rights are a factor that determines the success or failure of a business, especially when, currently, technology transfer is at the centre of major M&A transactions.

Finally, when asked what advice they would give to younger lawyers, Sara Nazaré reminds that studying and developing technical expertise are important, but what really matters is having a clear purpose.
