"Accelerating the Economy" programme: Can Industrial Property play a key role?

Beatriz Lima, partner at NLP, was one of the lawyers questioned by ADVOCATUS about the revision of the Industrial Property Code, one of the 60 measures that are part of the ‘Accelerating the Economy’ programme presented by the government last July.
In Beatriz Lima's opinion: ‘Although the Programme's proposals are naturally vague at this stage, it seems to us that some issues that are undergoing changes at the European level and that would require equally urgent attention have not been specifically identified.’
